“What a pleasant experience.”
“The experience has been very positive. They keep me well informed of anything going on. They are very conscientious. They truly care for my mother’s wellbeing. They demonstrate a first class operation. They do everything very well.”
“This is our second time at West Anaheim Extended Care. We like the nursing staff and nurse aides. They are caring and if issue come up, they fix them. They’re great!”
“The nurses treat my family member like she is family.”
“The nurses are on top of everything and are very nice. If an issue comes up they take care of it right away.”
“I am writing to tell you about the wonderful staff that you have at your facility. I am sure I’m not the only one to tell you… and your employees how important their work is and how they can deeply touch the lives of the people they care for and the families of those loved ones.”
“Whenever we visited mom, my father, sister and I were always treated like old friends at West Anaheim Extended Care. Lots of hellos and how are yous and… we learned many of the staff’s names and about their families and lives. Having to put a loved one in a nursing home is something that you never hope for, so when it happens it sure does help to know that they are surrounded by friendly, loving people. So many of your staff stand out in our minds and though we don’t know all their names, here are some who really went out of their way for my mother and us: Charlene, Elva, Rosio, Consuela, Jennifer, Vianca, Marlena, Eva, Carlos, Paul, Jose, Perla, Mary and Juliana.”

“I just wanted to thank you for all that you did for my daughter. You and the staff there are wonderful and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. She is doing fine. She is living at a sober living home….. She is on track and is excited and nervous about going back to school but she is determined to do it! Thanks again!”

“Dear Donna and Staff, Thank you so very much for your kindness to me. That was a surprise for me to receive the birthday cake from you. This is a great place. Everyone is so nice to my husband and myself. You folks really have big hearts. Thanks again from my heart.”
“There is no greater gift to my mom, than to have received the same love and care that she so freely gave to so many. You and all your staff made a HUGE difference in her last days. We could never begin to thank you.”
– Love, C.F.
“Thank you for your help and support. I am forever grateful to have had you with me through this special journey in life. Having you there to the end was such a blessing to me. My mom really appreciated you all. Your kind spirit and loving hearts were such a wonderful gift to her. Just knowing you were there is a blessing to me.”

“This is to let you know how much I appreciate the good care that you extended to my friend. Without the support of a family, it was very important that she could count on all of you for your warmth and kindness. So many of you touched her life and I was struck by your responsiveness and concern whenever I brought an issue to your attention. I was greatly assisted by the information that your shared with me which helped so much in the decisions that I had to make requiring her care.”
– Sincerely, R.C.
