“I am writing to tell you about the wonderful staff that you have at your facility. I am sure I’m not the only one to tell you… and your employees how important their work is and how they can deeply touch the lives of the people they care for and the families of those loved ones.” – Anonymous
“Whenever we visited mom, my father, sister and I were always treated like old friends at West Anaheim Extended Care. Lots of hellos and how are yous and… we learned many of the staff’s names and about their families and lives. Having to put a loved one in a nursing home is something that you never hope for, so when it happens it sure does help to know that they are surrounded by friendly, loving people. So many of your staff stand out in our minds and though we don’t know all their names, here are some who really went out of their way for my mother and us: Charlene, Elva, Rosio, Consuela, Jennifer, Vianca, Marlena, Eva, Carlos, Paul, Jose, Perla, Mary and Juliana.” – Daughter of a former resident
